Shipping Rates and Times

For orders shipped to the 48 contiguous United States, we offer two shipping options for your convenience. The “Standard Shipping” option offers delivery in 4 – 8 business days, while the “Express Shipping” offers delivery in 2 – 4 business days. In all cases, please understand that business days do not include weekends and holidays, and that the first business day is the business day that immediately follows the day your order is processed (i.e. if you place your order on a Friday evening after 5:00 PM Eastern Time, 1-3 business days would mean delivery on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday the following week). We always appreciate it if you leave a note with your order if you need the order by a specific deadline for an event, so we can do our best to accommodate your needs. There is a place you may leave customer notes during the checkout process.

Please note that some items have shipping surcharges and these will be added to the base shipping rates detailed below. Items with shipping surcharges may not be available to be shipped with all shipping methods or shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Regardless of the shipping option you use, if your item arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement.

STANDARD SHIPPING (4-8 BUSINESS DAYS)

Our Standard Shipping option is our most economical choice and is only offered for orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. If your order is under $100 and does not include any items with a shipping surcharge, this shipping option will only $7.95. If your order is over $100 and does not include any items with a shipping surcharge, this shipping option is free of charge. If you select Standard shipping, and all items are in stock, your order will be shipped from our store within 3 business days. Delivery of your order will take from 4 – 8 business days from the date you order. Standard shipping will use any of the following shipping services to ensure delivery within that timeframe: UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, UPS SurePost, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Select, or USPS First Class.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (2-4 BUSINESS DAYS)

Our Express shipping option offers the fastest choice we have available for online ordering. If you need items faster than this, please feel free to call and we can get a custom shipping quote for faster delivery. The Express service is only offered for orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. If your order is under $100 and does not include any items with a shipping surcharge, we offer this service for $11.95. If your order is over $100 and does not include any items with a shipping surcharge, this service is 10% of the subtotal. If you select Express shipping, and all items are in stock, your order will be shipped from our store within 1 business day. Delivery of your order will take from 2 – 4 business days from the date you order. Express shipping will use any of the following shipping services to ensure delivery within that timeframe: UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

Please note that your order might still be shipped via UPS Ground with the Express Shipping option. The Express Shipping option does not mean your order will ship via an express shipping method, such as UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air. It only means that your order will be delivered within 2 – 4 business days.

SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII (4-10 BUSINESS DAYS)

We offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii on most of our items. The shipping charge for orders going to Alaska or Hawaii will be $12.95 for orders under $100 and 10% of the subtotal for orders over $100. We will ship these orders with USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post, or USPS First Class. If the items you order are all in stock, your order will be shipped from our location within 3 business days and your order should be delivered in 4-10 business days from the date you order.

SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS

If you would like to have an order shipped to a country outside of the United States, please use our “Contact Us” form and specify which items and quantities you are interested in ordering, and we will respond with a shipping quote as well as further instructions for completing your order.

BACKORDERS

We make every effort to ensure that items listed for sale on our website are in stock in our physical store, but there are times when we have inventory discrepancies and an item is actually not available at the time of sale. If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock and delivery of your order is expected to be delayed beyond the advertised timeframe, we will notify you in a timely manner so we can figure out how best to proceed with your order. Please provide the e-mail address and phone number at which you can be reached most easily. We will never sell this information or bother you with marketing e-mails and phone calls. We will use this contact information to reach out about your order and any problems that might arise in fulfilling your order. We always appreciate it if you leave a note with your order if you need the order by a specific deadline for an event, so we can do our best to accommodate your needs. There is a place you may leave customer notes during the checkout process.
