Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are allowed at Elizabeth’s Embellishments within 30 days of delivery and with the following regulations and exceptions.

  • Please contact us prior to returning any item and save the original packaging for all returns.
  • Special order items will require a 20% restocking fee for both returns and exchanges. Any item that is referred to as a “special order item” on the product page is subject to this restocking fee.
  • Any item that is customized for you in any way, including ribbon or fabric that has to be cut to a specified size is non-refundable.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and is responsible for the safe return shipment of the merchandise. We will not accept any returns sent C.O.D.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in the event of a return.
  • If an item received is defective, it will be replaced with no additional shipping fees. If you receive an item damaged, please save all original packaging and shipping materials so we may file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please take photographs of the damage. Please keep the item and all packaging until the issue is resolved, because the shipping carrier may need to pick up these items for inspection.
