This pretty blouse by Biya features gorgeous embroidered details over a white cotton background. The embroidered details include geometric patterns in light blue near the top portion of this top, and there are colorful little flowers embroidered at the ends of the sleeves and just undertneath the blue embroidery. The neck features a tie for a special touch, and the lightweight white cotton gives this a whispy, elegant look.
