"Founded in 1922, Taylor Linens began as an importer of fine damask linens from Ireland. More than eighty years later, Taylor Linens intertwines the needs of today with the workmanship of yesterday. In every piece of the Taylor Linens collection, the smallest details are given special attention. From the tiny pintucks each taken by hand to the sentimental embroideries, nostalgic lace, and fine fabrics, nothing is overlooked in these heirloom quality treasures. Taylor Linens quilts are made of 100% cotton fabric and batting, and are quilted by hand using fine, close stitches. Taylor Linens uses imported European dyes for their printed fabrics, and all yarns used in their woven products are vat dyed. All fabrics are tested for colorfastness to sun and washing in warm water. All Taylor Linens quilts and linens are washed, preshrunk, and soft to the touch. Even the filling of a Taylor Linens pillow is carefully considered, offering the comfort and quality of 95% white goose feathers and 5% white goose down.
